JiDion reached 1 million subscribers in August 2021. His channel has continued to quickly grow and he still creates content on a regular basis. Throughout late 2020 and 2021, his channel would see incredibly fast growth, being faster than before. On December 31, 2020, he uploaded what is currently his most viewed video, with over 5 million views.
He congratulated Twitch on their partnership on January 12, 2022, by repeatedly typing “L ratio” into Pokimane’s chat window while conducting a raid.
Poki criticized Twitch after JiDion got verified and defended her use of the “hard-R ” that JiDion had uncovered by saying that she supported and gave to Black Lives Matter. Poki was banned from Twitch on January 13 for 14 days. After Poki insisted on it, Twitch made JiDion’s suspension from the platform permanent.
JiDion tweeted on February 3, 2022, that their physical altercation had resolved their feud. Currently, JiDion’s ban is being reviewed, but on July 14, 2022, JiDion revealed that he can no longer return to Twitch.
Subscribers with 5 million will be able to sign up by May 30th, 2022. There will be 6 million subscribers on October 23, 2022.
